My Grandfather and Great Grandfather were both Sea Captains, so I think my love of the sea and ships is in my genes. I spent a good deal of my life sailing and living aboard boats and I love the smell of boatyards. We frequently travel in the summer to the Maritimes in Canada where boat building and fishing is still very much apart of life.
